OUR MORAL AGE———
Of course, if you make naughtiness nasty,
   spicily nasty, of course,
then it's quite all right; we understand
   life's voice, even when she's hoarse.

But if you go and make naughtiness nice
   there's no excuse;
if such things were nice, and we needn't think twice,
   what would be the use—?
