United Kingdom:

  • Trustee Act 1925 (15 Geo. 5 c. 19), an UK Act of Parliament that consolidated most rules on trustee law.
  • Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 (c. 23), an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly that aligns Northern Ireland law with the Trustee Act 1925.
  • Trustee Act 2000 (c. 29), an UK Act of Parliament that introduced the duty of care by trustees, their powers of investment and land acquisition, appointment and renumeration.
  • Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (c. 14), an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly that aligns Northern Ireland law with the Trustee Act 2000.
