Whoever sends via an indolater, vessels whose particular use is for wine, needs to seal them with one seal so that it can be recognized if the idolater put wine in them. And there is an opinion that requires a seal within a seal.

Rema: If he transgressed and sent them without a seal, it's preferable to rule it kosher according to the matter of the permit if it was from an idolater (Tur and see note 3). But if he has already transgressed and used it, it should not be prohibited retroactively (and see above, #122).
