295: Havdalah Recited by the Sheliach Tzibbur.

Gloss: And we say "And let the graciousness be..." and the Order of Kedushah lengthily in order to delay the Order of Kedushah, for then the wicked return to Gehinnom (Tur). And at a time when we do not say "And let the graciousness be...", like when a Yom Tov falls during the week, we do not say the order of Kedushah, but we say "And He shall give you..." (Kol Bo).
