Translation:Shulchan Aruch/Orach Chaim/281

281: That one should not bow at "and to You, we give thanks".

1 One should not bow at "and to You, we give thanks," for one should bow only in those places where the Sages said. Gloss: And the custom is that on Shabbat we come later to the synagogue than on the weekdays, because at the Continual Sacrifice of the weekdays it says "in the morning" and on Shabbos it says "and on the Sabbath day" which implies a delay. (Mordechai, Chapter "All Writings"). And it is customary to increase the hymns of praise recited on Shabbos, every place according to its custom. And in any case, if one did not say it, we do not make him go back; except if one did not say "To the God That Rested" etc., we make him go back. And it is befitting to prolong and to recite with a pleasant melody the hymns of praise. And one should not admonish one who prolongs their recitation even though the intent of the one delivering the admonishment is because of the neglect of Torah study. (Or Zarua). And nevertheless, on Shabbat and Yom Tov he should not prolong their recitation too much, so they may eat prior to the sixth hour, as below, Siman 288.
