TWO LITTLE CHICKENS

Two little chickens were brothers,
And yet they did not like each other;

Every day it was pecking and fighting.
A cook saw them: "Ah! My little fellows,"
Cried he, "No more of this carrying on!
To put an end to your rages,
To the spit,[1], my rascals!"
