A ministerial department of the Government of the United Kingdom responsible for supporting the Prime Minister and Cabinet. It is led by the Prime Minister and supported by the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, the Minister for the Cabinet Office, the Minister for Intergovernmental Relations, the Minister of State for Trade Policy and Economic Security, the Paymaster General, the Minister without Portfolio, and the Parliamentary Secretary.
