The Heavens
Moonlight
Moonlight
From out the Hast, in eager flight,
The shimmer of a moonlight night
Clings to the hills; through shaded dells,
The witchcraft of the moonlight tells
Of dancing elf folk far and wide
That ride the joyous shadow tide;
Like haunting vagueness of a dream,
Old memories arise to flame,
As dim as spells from elfin shore,
As mystic waft from fairy lore,
While spirit folk are wont to roam,
And visit earth and friends again.
