Article 12 The present agreement shall come into force upon the date of signature. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed the present agreement. DONE at Cairo in duplicate, in the English and French languages, this third day of November, 1949.
