Article IX PERIOD OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall take effect as from the date of the approva by the Executive Board of the Fund of the attached plan of operations It shall remain in force at least until any supplies furnished by the Fun( are finally consumed, plus a reasonable period for the completion of al orderly liquidation of all Fund activities in Israel. In case of disagreemen as to whether the terms of this Agreement are being complied with, th matter will be referred to the Programme Committee of the Executive Boar( of the International Children's Emergency Fund for appropriate action For the Provisional Government of Israel : Menachem KAHANY
