Declarations made in accordance with article 35 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation[2] stating that the Convention is inapplicable to Basutoland, the Protectorate of Bechuanaland and Swaziland.

Declaration on behalf of the Government of Surinam stating that the Convention is inapplicable to Surinam.
