Declarations and ratification regarding the following five Conventions were registered with the Director-General of the International Labour Office on the dates indicated.


No. 2109. CONVENTION (No. 92) CONCERNING CREW ACCOMODATION ON BOARD SHIP (REVISED 1949). ADOPTED BY THE GENERAL CONFERENCE OF THE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANISATION AT ITS THIRTY-SECOND SESSION, GENEVA, 18 JUNE 1949[1]

DECLARATIONS

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Declarations made in accordance with article 35 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation[2] stating that the Convention is inapplicable to Basutoland, the Protectorate of Bechuanaland and Swaziland.

Netherlands

Declaration on behalf of the Government of Surinam that the Convention is inapplicable to Surinam.
