In addition to the guarantee which it is prepared to give for the credit mentioned in Annex 2 to the Payments Agreement of today's date, the Swiss Government will facilitate the placement of certain Netherlands orders by guaranteeing export risks, after examining each specific case, up to a maximum gross amount of forty millions of Swiss francs.

The Swiss Government has noted that under the provisions of the Agreements concluded between the Netherlands Government and the Swiss lenders, advances made in connexion with these orders will be reimbursed in free currency.
