(2) Everything possible shall be done to facilitate the resumption of the postal order and money order services and of cash-on-delivery services between the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Until further order, however, traffic through the medium of the aforesaid services shall be limited to twenty-five Swiss francs or fifteen Dutch gulden per transaction.

The balances of the periodic settlements resulting from this traffic shall be paid through the medium of commercial accounts.

(3) Lists of public transport agencies under the above provisions shall be exchanged between us.
