Sir,

With reference to paragraph (k) of Article 4 of the Payments Agreement of today's date, I have the honour to request you to signify your agreement with regard to the following:

(1) The balances of the periodic settlements between the Netherlands and Swiss postal, telegraphic and telephonic authorities and public transport agencies, relating to charges due between both parties, shall be paid through commercial accounts.
