The two Governments agree to examine the possibility of concluding an agreement on the following questions before the end of the year:

(1) Financial payments between the two countries;
(2) Payments in the field of insurance and re-insurance;
(3) Payments relating to tourist traffic;
(4) Liquidation of clearing transactions between Switzerland and the Netherlands during the years 1940-1944, in so far as these questions have not been decided by the signature of the agreement.
