enforceable but not hitherto fully or partially executed, awards made non-enforceable and awards which have not been reviewed, because no application therefor was made by the parties concerned. It is understood that awards which have been enforced are not included in this arrangement.

The necessary Instructions will be given to the relevant Department to have payment effected as soon as your Embassy confirms the above by a letter of acknowledgment, as has also been agreed. I have the honour to be, etc.
