No. 12 DECLARATION[1] OF GUATEMALA RECOGNIZING AS COMPULSORY THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURT, IN CONFORMITY WITH ARTICLE 36, PARAGRAPHS 2 AND 3, OF THE STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE

The Government of Guatemala declares that in accordance with Article 36 (2) and (3) of the Statue of the International Court of Justice, it recognizes as compulsory, ipso facto and without special agreement,
