furniture, and equipment, placed at its disposal by the League of Nations and by the United Nations, for the duration of the Conference or preparatory arrangements thereto.

Article II

In accordance with article IV, paragraph (2) of the Agreement, UNRRA has made to the League of Nations the payments listed in Schedule B to this Protocol as an indemnity for damage caused during the preparatory arrangements to the Conference.

Article III

In accordance with article IV, paragraph (2) of the Agreement, UNRRA has approved for payment to the United Nations amounts listed in Schedule C to this Protocol as an indemnity for damage caused during the Conference.

Article IV

No damage caused during the Conference or the preparatory arrangements thereto appears to have been wilful.

Article V

Under article V of the Agreement, payments made by UNRRA to the League of Nations and approved for payment to the United Nations as reimbursement for expenditure incurred or supplies delivered in connexion with the Conference and the preparatory arrangements thereto, are listed in Schedule D to this Protocol.

Article VI

A list of the only payments which remain to be made to the League of Nations or approved for payment to the United Nations by UNRRA, after the signature of this Protocol, is contained in Schedule E to this Protocol.

Article VII

Except for payments due under article VI above, and the payments to the United Nations approved by UNRRA under articles III and V above, there are no claims outstanding between the parties to the Agreement.
