Staithes Harbour Order, 1924, June 17 (712). Provisional Order confirmed by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, under the Fishery Harbours Act, 1915 (5 & 6 Geo. 5. c. 48).

(iv.) Extension of Time for Exercise of Powers or Duties.

Orders of the Minister of Transport under the Hove Pier Order, 1912 (confirmed 2 & 3 Geo. 5. c. clvii) extending the time for completion of works till June 13, 1924; March 12 (271). Further extended until Sept. 30, 1924; June 12 (659).

(v.) Lighthouses—Light Dues.

Order in Council under section 655 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894 (57 & 58 Vict. c. 60), Aug. 12 (972), increasing Light Dues leviable in the Menai Straits.

(i.) Burial.

Discontinuance or Regulation of Burials.

Order in Council, Aug. 12 ( 973 ) , directing that burials shall be discontinued in the Church of Holy Trinity, Middleton-by-Wirksworth, and in the Churchyard attached thereto.
