Orders of the Minister of Transport under the Highways and Locomotives (Amdt.) Act, 1878 (41-2 V. c. 77) reducing parts of main roads to the status of ordinary highways in the following counties:—

(a) Index Marks.

Regulations of the Minister of Transport amending Schedule 3 to the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations, 1921 (Provisional), assigning additional index marks in the following counties or county boroughs [1]:—

Counties of Chester, Essex , Glamorgan, Kent, London, Middlesex, Northumberland , Oxford, Southampton, Stafford, Surrey and Warwick and county boroughs of Birmingham, Brighton, Cardiff and Wolverhampton; the county of Ayr and the burgh of Glasgow Sept. 19 (1074).

(b) Speed Limit of Motor Cars on certain Highways.
