ADDENDA—TEINDS , COURT OF, SCOTLAND.

Act of Sedrunt, dated February 24, 1888, Respecting Notices in Newspapers

The Lords Commissioners for Teinds, considering that by the Act of Sederunt of 5th July 1809,[1] concerning the Form of Procedure in Processes of Augmentation, Modification and Locality, certain Notices were appointed to be inserted in three Newspapers therein mentioned,—Do hereby Enact and Appoint that the aforesaid Notices shall from and after this date be inserted in the "Scotsman" Newspaper, published in Edinburgh, and in a Newspaper circulating in the County or Counties in which the Parish referred to in each such Notice is situated.
