ORDER AS TO EXAMINATION OF DEBTOR WHO IS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL AFFLICTION OF DISABILITY. (Title.)
Upon the application of the Official Receiver [or, of (a) ] in the above matter, and upon reading , and upon hearing , and it appearing to the Court that the debtor is suffering from physical disability which makes which he makes him unfit to attend a public examination in Court [or, as the case may be], it is ordered that instead of a public examination of the debtor (b) the debtor be examined on oath at (c) , before the Registrar on the day of 189 at o'clock or such other time as having regard to the condition of the debtor may be convenient, and that the Official Receiver and trustee and (d) be at liberty to attend such examination and take part therein.
