(2.) The rules made under the Act of 1883, dated October 31st, 1889, December 12th, 1889,[1] and January 30th, 1890,[2] shall, from and after the commencement of these rules, cease to have effect.

Forms.

76. The forms in the Appendix to these rules, with such variations as circumstances may require, shall be used for the matters to which they severally relate, and in respect of such matters shall be substituted for the forms in the Appendix to the Bankruptcy Rules, 1886.

Where in this Appendix a new Form is substituted for one of the existing Forms in the Appendix to the Bankruptcy Rules, 1886, the number given to the new Form for citation is the same as the number of the Form which it replaces.]
