ORDER DATED DECEMBER 18, 1890, AS TO FEES.
I, the Right Honourable Hardinge Stanley Baron Halsbury, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, do, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Companies (Winding Up) Act, 1890,[1] direct that the fees in the scale hereto annexed shall, from and after the 1st day of January 1891, be the fees to be paid in respect of proceedings under the said Act.
