PART XI.

PROCESS SERVER'S FEES.

To be allowed in the costs of all proceedings in which service of process or notice under the Landlord and Tenant Act, 1870, shall be necessary, and shall have been effected by a Process Officer of the Court.

Serving civil bill in any case where there is but one defendant or several defendants residing in the same house, where the sum sought to be recovered shall not exceed £10 0 0 6
For serving two or more defendants not residing in the same dwelling-house, where the sum sought to be recovered shall not exceed £10 0 1 0
For serving one defendant or several defendants residing in the same house, where the sums ought to be recovered shall exceed £10 0 1 0
For serving two or more defendants not residing in the same dwelling-house, where the sum sought to be recovered shall exceed £ 10 0 2 0
In all cases in which personal service is necessary the fees for service shall be increased by one half the above allowance.
For every ejectment served—
For the first copy 0 2 6
For each additional copy served 0 1 0
Where a defendant resides out of the county the person serving the process shall be entitled, in addition to his reasonable expenses,to 0 2 6

For serving any notice under the Landlord and Tenant Act, 1870, within the county, for each service 0 1 6
When served out of the county, such sum as the Judge shall consider reasonable.
