In case a dispute arises on a claim to register improvements. then the costs of the proceedings in the Civil Bill Court to be in the discretion of the Judge, who shall be at liberty to award to either party & sum for costs to be paid by his opponent, but not exceeding 10 0 0

In case of appeals from orders made under section 6 of the Act, the costs of the appeals to be in like manner in the discretion of the Appellate Judge, and subject to a like limit of 10 0
Limited Owners.
In the case of an application for an order to charge a holding under section 27 at the Act, the costs shall be in the discretion of the Court, and (if allowed) they shall be on the scale of costs as in the cases of disputed claims.
In all proceedings for confirmation of agricultural lenses under the 28th section, the costs of resisting the confirmation to be in the discretion of the Court, and, if allowed, not to exceed 10 0 0
