PART VII.

RESTITUTION OF POSSESSION.

A Scale of Fees, Costs, and Charges, to be paid to Counsel and Solicitors, in case of Restitution of Possesion, within the 23 & 24 Vict. c. 154. s. 71, as well between party and party as between Solicitor and Client.

Where the application for Restitution shall be opposed, and shall be refused, the following Costs shall be paid and payable by the Applicant to the Landlord or other person claiming under the Decree in Ejectment, who shall appear to oppose such application.

PART VIII.

GRANT AND REVOCATION OF PROBATE OR ADMINISTRATION.

A Scale of Fees, Costs, and Charges, to be paid to Counsel and Solicitors in Suits in respect to the Grant and Revocation of Probate of Will or Letters of Administration, as well between party and party as between Solicitor and Client.

———	In Suits in which the Personal Estate of the Deceased shall be sworn as under the value of 200l.			In Suits in which the Personal Estate of the Deceased shall be sworn as above the value of 200l.
