Now, therefore, it is ordered that from and after the commencement of this order—
1. In every bankruptcy and liquidation by arrangement under the Bankruptcy Act, 1869, in the High Court in which, under or by virtue of sections 159, 160, or 161 of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883, and the Special or General Orders of the Board of Trade made under these sections, the said Sir Robert Palmer Harding is at or immediately before the commencement of this order, the trustee or the person in whom the undistributed property of the bankrupt or liquidating debtor has become and is vested, the said Peter Paget shall, as one of the Official Receivers of the District of the High Court, be the trustee in such bank- ruptcy or liquidation in immediate succession to the said Sir Robert Palmer Harding, and shall be the person in whom the property of the bankrupt or liquidating debtor shall vest in immediate succession to the said Sir Robert Palmer Harding, and who in such immediate succession shall exercise and perform all the powers and obligations specified in the said sections.
2. The said Peter Paget is hereby appointed as the Official Receiver of the District of the High Court who, in every liquidation by arrangement under the Bankruptcy Act, 1869, pending at the commencement of this order, and which is now or hereafter may be in the High Court, if at any time after the commencement of this order there is no trustee acting in the liquidation by reason of death or for any other cause, may be appointed by the Board of Trade to be the trustee in such liquidation.
3. The said Peter Paget shall be the person in whom, where a bankruptcy or liquidation by arrangement under the Bankruptcy Act, 1869, which is now or hereafter may be in the High Court has been or is hereafter closed, all property of the bankrupt or liquidating debtor which vested in the trustee and has not been realised or distributed shall vest, and who shall exercise and perform the duties and obligations imposed in relation to such property by section 160 of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883.
4. The said Peter Paget is hereby appointed as the Official Receiver of the District of the High Court, who, in every bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Act, 1869, pending at the commencement of the Bankruptey Act, 1883, which is or hereafter may be in the High Court, where a Registrar of the London Bankruptcy Court is or would but for section 101 of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883, become the trustee under the bankruptcy under and pursuant to the said section, shall be the trustee in place of the Registrar.
