YORKSHIRE.

Registration of Assurances, &c.

THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE REGISTRY RULES 1890 (FEES).

At a meeting of the County Council for the said riding, held at the County Hall, in Beverley, on Friday, the 7th day of November 1890, it was resolved and ordered that by virtue of the provisions of the Yorkshire Registries Act, 1884,[1] the following Rules be and they are hereby made by the County Council, as the county authority, under and for the purposes of the said Act, viz.:—

1. That these rules may be cited as the East Riding of Yorkshire Registry Rules, 1890 (Fees).

2. These rules shall come in to operation on the 1st day of January 1891, and shall continue in force until further order.

3. The fees to be paid under the Act and these rules shall be those specified in the list of fees in the schedule to these rules in lieu of the fees authorised to be taken by the Yorkshire Registries Act, 1884,<r1> and the East Riding of Yorkshire Registry Rules, 1885, and such last-mentioned fees shall cease to be paid or taken.
