2. Fees, Per-centages, and Stamps.
ORDER DATED SEPTEMBER 27, 1890, AS TO FEES OF
COUNTY COURT REGISTRARS.
I, the Right Honourable Hardinge Stanley, Baron Halsbury, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, do, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Bankruptcy Act, 1883,[1] hereby order and direct, with the concurrence of the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, and until further order, that the Registrars of the County Courts having jurisdiction in bankruptcy shall receive, as from the first day of January last, for certifying the list of proofs and amounts of debts in each bankruptcy, and for the necessary examination of the file of proceedings for the due certifying thereof, the sum of two shillings.

ORDER DATED DECEMBER 18, 1890, AS TO FEES AND PER-CENTAGES.
I, the Right Honourable Hardinge Stanley Baron Halsbury, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, Do, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Bankruptcy Act, 1883,[2] prescribe that the fees and percentages in the scale hereto annexed shall, from and after the 1st day of January 1891, be the fees and percentages to be charged for or in respect of proceedings under the said Act and the Bankruptcy Act, 1890, and shall be taken in any Court having jurisdiction in bankruptcy and in any office connected with any such Court, and in the Board of Trade and any office connected therewith, and by any officer paid wholly or partly out of public money attached to any such Court or to the Board of Trade.

Note. When on a debtor's petition the Official Receiver gives a certificate that there is reasonable ground for believing that the assets are sufficient to meet the expenses of administration this fee shall not be charged.
