Article 9

This MoU may be modified or amended through mutual consent of the Contracting Parties.

In the case of termination of the present MoU, all activities undertaken on its basis shall be fully implemented under the same conditions as they have been started.

IN WITNESS WHERE OFthe undersigned; duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed the present MoU.

Done at Lusaka on this 11ttl day of April 2018 in two originals each in the English language.
