SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES

Any disputes or differences arising out of the interpretation, implementation or application of the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be resolved amicably through consultation or negotiation between the Participants without reference to any third party or any international tribunal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned being duly authorized thereto, by their respective Governments, have signed this Memorandum of Understanding.

DONE on this 19th day of July of the year 2018 in two original copies in the English language.
