3.4 The Government of Brunei Darussalam will continue to assist ISRO in arranging the required utilities in Paragraph 3.3 above for the operation of ISRO TTC Station.
PARAGRAPH 4
DUTIES, FEES AND TITLE TO PROPERTY
4.1 Customs Duties
The Government of Brunei Darussalam will, upon request, assist the Government of the Republic of India in the admission into Brunei Darussalam of materials, equipment, supplies, goods or other Items imported by ISRO in connection with the establishment, maintenance and operation of ISRO TTC station. At the time of entry, the Government of the Republic of India will certify that all such items will be used exclusively for the maintenance and operation of ISRO TTC station on a non- commercial basis. Any importations into Brunei Darussalam and any purchase made locally by ISRO will be subject to payment of all duties and taxes that may be levied by the Government of Brunei Darussalam.
4.2 AITI Fees & Charges
Purchases and/or importations by ISRO will be subject to payment of any relevant fees and charges that may be levied by AITI including, but not limited to, telecommunications equipment type approval.
4.3 Title to Property
Title to all materials, equipment or other items of the property used in connection with the station and ISRO programs will remain with ISRO. Materials, equipment, supplies, goods or other property of ISRO may be removed from Brunei Darussalam after due notice at any time by ISRO. Any materials, equipment, supplies, goods or other property that may be disposed locally will be subject to any relevant duties and taxes that may be levied by the Government of Brunei Darussalam.
PARAGRAPH 5
ENTRY OF PERSONNEL
The Government of Brunei Darussalam will provide assistance to the Government of the Republic of India in facilitating admission of the concerned ISRO personnel into Brunei Darussalam for the establishment, maintenance and operation of ISRO TTC station.
