the generall, but yet amongſt all others they conſeſle none is more conduceable thereto, then Traffike and commerce eſpecially when the fame is governed and managed , both by well ordered rules, and by regulate and skilfull Merchants; and to the end,that the youth of this Kingdome, may be incouraged to undertake this profeſſion. the painefull Merchant cheriſhed in the proſecution thereof , and the Prince induced to give them immunities and protection:the particular commodities and benefits, and commodities that ariſe by Traffike, ſhall be here demonſtrated , and if by my diſcourſe the ſame ſhall be found really ſuch, as by me and others it is conciev d and here aleaged;the ſame may in the future be the more furthered and protected, and being found otherwiſe,it may as in reaſon it ought, bee both diſ countenanced and ſuppreſſed. Now the aboundance, plenty,and riches of an eſtate or nation, may be ſaid, principally to conſiſt in three things.
