PROPERTY (Conveyancing). "Is One Claiming Title under a Quit-Claim Deed a Bo iia Fid-: Purchaser? " This question is con sidered by L. W. Carr, in the June Michigan Law Review (V. iv, p. 602). Some jurisdictions have held that the simple quit-claim deed is in effect notice to purchasers of possible defects in the title. This, however, has fre quently been changed by statute. The cases are collected in the above-mentioned article.
