Richard, by half-yearly payments, from the time he arrives at the age of sixteen years, by my executor and son Simon White, hereafter-mentioned, who is to have the benefit of said rent and lands until my said grandson Richard attains to the age of sixteen years: and if my said grandson Richard should die without issue before he arrives at the age of twenty-one years, then I devise my said estates and rents to my grandson Simon White, and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, to be paid him from his age of sixteen years by my executor as before-mentioned, who is to have the benefit of said rents and lands until my said grandson Simon attains to the age of sixteen years; and if my said grandson Simon should die without issue before he attains to the age of twenty-one years, then I devise my said estates and rents to my grandson Hamilton [438] White, and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, to be paid him at his age of sixteen years by my executor, who is to have the benefit of said rents until my said grandson Hamilton attains to the age of sixteen years: and if my said grandson Hamilton should die without issue before he attains to the age of twenty-one years, then I devise my said estates and rents to my grandson Edward White, and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, to be paid him at his age of sixteen years as before and if my said grandson Edward should die without issue before he attains to the age of twenty-one years, then I devise my said estates and rents to my own right heirs. I devise to my grandson Simon White, and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, all my moiety of the lands and tenements of Coolmucky, Ballingutty, and Rathfolane Iniskareen, alias Knockenteen and Knockshairaway, in the barony of Muskerry, and county of Cork, which I purchased from Thomas Tuckey, Esq. and now in lease to John Rye, Esq. at the rent of £100 yearly, and all my right, title, and interest in the said lands and rent; and my will is, that said hundred pounds yearly be paid to my said grandson Simon, by half-yearly payments, from the time he arrives at the age of sixteen years; and until he does attain to such age, my executor and son Simon White, hereafter-mentioned, shall have the benefit of said hundred pounds yearly and if my said grandson Simon should die without issue before he attains to the age of twenty-one years, then I devise my said estate and rent to my grandson Richard White before-mentioned, and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, to be paid him by half-yearly payments, from the time he arrives at the age of sixteen years; and until he does attain to such age, my executor before-mentioned shall have the benefit of said hundred pounds yearly and if my said grandson Richard should die without issue before he attains to the age of twenty-one years, then I devise my said estate and rent to my grandson Hamilton White, and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, to be paid him by half-yearly payments from the time he arrives at the age of sixteen years; and until he does attain to such age, my executor Simon White shall have the benefit of said hundred pounds yearly and if my grandson Hamilton should die without issue before be attains to the age of twenty-one years, then I devise my said estate and rent to my grandson Edward White, and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, to be paid him as before at the age of sixteen years: and if my said grandson Edward should die without issue before he attains to the age of twenty-one years, then I devise my said estate and rent to my own right heirs. I devise to my grandson Hamilton White, and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, all my lands and tenements of Glaunaclogh and Aughterrys, in the barony of Muskerry, and county of Cork, which I purchased from Thomas Grant, Esq. and now in lease to Mr. William Carey, at the rent of £100 yearly, and [439] all my right, title, and interest in the said lands and rent; and my will is, that said hundred pounds yearly be paid to my grandson Hamilton by half-yearly payments, from the time he arrives to the age of sixteen years; and until he does attain to such age, my executor Simon White, Esq. shall have the benefit of said hundred pounds yearly and if my said grandson Hamilton should die without issue before he attains to the age of 21 years, then I devise my said estate and rent to my grandson Edward White, and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten, said rent to be paid him from the time he arrives to the age of sixteen years, and until such time my executor Simon White to have the benefit of said rent and if my said grandson Edward should die without issue before he arrives to the age of twenty-one years, then I devise my said estate and rent to my own right heirs.
