Henry J. Glintenkamp is an American artist, but has been working abroad for several years. His oils and water-colours have been exhibited in both North and South American. He has recently been devoting his time to carving in wood and linoleum. He is now in America after his return from England, where he was gathering material and working on notes collected during his travels Mexico, Spain, Morocco, and France.
F. V. Branford is a Scotchman, was educated at Edinburgh University and at Lincoln's Inn, London. He was studying law, but interrupted his scholastic career to serve in the war as an aviation officer. During an aerial combat with the enemy he fell into the sea. He was rescued, and later in reaching the Dutch coast, where he was interned for the remainder of the war. Since that time he has been living in one of the rural districts of Scotland, recuperating from serious disabilities received during his active service. Mr Branford has already published in England a volume of his verses, Titans and Gods; a second volume, The White Stallion, is listed for this spring. His work has appeared in various English periodicals, most notably The English Review, the Athenaeum, and The London Mercury. He is now in his thirties.
R. Ellssworth Larsson was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on March 26, 1902. He studied at the University of Wisconsin, and is one of the founders, as well as associate editor, of the magazine, Prairie. He is leaving soon for Paris, where he plans to continue his literary work.
