  1. கங்கையில் மூழ்கினாலும் காக்கை அன்னம் ஆகுமா?
    Will a crow become a swan by bathing in the Ganges?
  2. கங்கையில் ஆடினாலும், கணமும் விடாமற் செய்த பாவம் தீராது.
    Though you wash in the Ganges, sin repeated again and again will not be expiated.
  3. கங்கையில் ஆடினாலும் பாவம் தீருமா?
    Will sin be expiated by bathing in the Ganges?
  4. கங்கையிலே படிந்தாலும் பேய்ச்சுரைக்காய் நல்ல சுரைக்காய் ஆகாது.
