SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 02
CREATING THE POSITIONS OF BUDGET OFFICER II, SG-15/1 AND MANAGEMENT & AUDIT ANALYST 1, SG-11/1, DEFINING THEIR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P192,111.12 FOR THE PURPOSE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan duly assembled in session, that:
Sec. 1. There is hereby created in the Office of the Municipal Mayor the position of Budget Officer Il and Management & Audit Analyst I at the Office of the Municipal Accountant.
Sec. 2. Defining their duties and responsibilities:
a. The Budget Officer shall: 1. Exercise general supper vision and control over the municipal budget officer. 2. Provide technical and staff services to the mayor and other local officials on budgeting. 3. Prepare forms, orders and circulars embodying instructions on budgetary and appropriation matters for the approval of the Municipal Mayor. 4. Review and consolidate the budget estimates of the different offices of the municipal government and of the barangays and review budget of barangay under the jurisdiction of the municipality. 5 Prepare the executive and special budgets of the municipality. 6. Evaluate allotment request and prepare corresponding recommendations. 7. Study and evaluate budgetary implications of proposed legislation and submit comments and recommendations thereon. 8. Submit budgetary reports to the Office of the Budget and Management.
