ORDINANCE NO. 04-2003

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01

APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P154,983.12 FOR FUNDING THE POSITIONS OF DRIVER I AND MARKET SUPERVISOR II.

WHEREAS, the positions of Driver I and Market Supervisor II were created by virtue of Ordinance No. 04-2002 dated 9-16-02 and Ordinance No. 06-2002 dated October 14, 2002. respectively, but appropriations for the said positions were not yet provided for in the Annual Budget;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan in session duly assembled, that:

Sec. 1. The amount of P154,983.12 derived from the savings from vacant positions shall be appropriated for funding the two created positions which shall be allotted as follows:

a. Driver 1, SG-3/1 ……………..P 54,481.04 b. Market Supervisor II, SG-14/1 ……………..P100,502.08 Sec. 2. This appropriation ordinance shall take effect June 1, 2003.
