Sec. 9. REPEALING CLAUSE - All Ordinance found to be inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Sec. 10 EFFECTIVITY - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after its posting in three (3) prominent places within the Municipality.

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
