ORDINANCE NO. 12-2003

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 05

APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P490,000.00) FROM THE SAVINGS DERIVED FROM VACANT POSITIONS FOR PAYMENT OF EXTRA CASH GIFT OF MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES

WHEREAS, Administrative Order No. 254 from the Office of the President of the Philippines, dated December 05, 2003 directs the granting of EXTRA CASH GIFT to all government personnel who have rendered at least a total or an aggregate four (4) months of service during the year and still in service as of October 31, 2003;

NOW, THEREFORE, On motion presented by Hon. Adriatico T. Recomeo and unanimously seconded by all members;

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Mayantoc, Tarlac in session duly assembled that:

Sec. 1. The amount of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P490,000.00) shall be appropriated from savings derived from vacant positions for payment of EXTRA CASH GIFT of municipal officials and employees; Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
