ORDINANCE NO. 03-2003 REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF ₱363,142.48 REPRESENTING SAVINGS FROM THE UNFILLED POSITIONS TO THE GENERAL FUND

BE IT ENACTED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Mayantoc, Tarlac assembled in session:

Section 1. That the savings arising from the unfilled positions in the amount of ₱363,142.48 shall be reverted to the General Fund for funding the newly created positions.

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect June 1, 2003.
