The box rattles, then it shows the finished word:

The word for nothing. At first you think that nothing is really happening. But then the buzzing that originates from the box becomes quieter and quieter and then falls completely silent. Then it seems to become completely transparent, until at some point it disappears completely. You try to reach for it where it was before - but you reach into nothing but air. The box from which the magic of the city stems no longer exists.

You return to your village. The mood there is good, because the rivulet has swollen into a strong stream. Weeks later, however, the stream becomes smaller and smaller again. The inhabitants receive the news that there are no more towers in the town, only the hill with the tunnels remains. The village has to think about
