The word for land animal. A purr sounds from the box... or is it coming from somewhere else? Something brushes your leg. You look down and see a cat snuggling against your leg! And there! A second cat! No, four, no, ten, no, many more! Gradually there are so many that they flock to the tunnel, yes, so many that they sweep you along and pull you back into the city. With loud mewing noises they announce their arrival and wander straight into the tunnel entrances or out of the city. They seem to avoid the towers for some reason. New cats are constantly streaming out of the tunnel, so you can't go back to the box. You have no choice but to return home.

You haven't found a solution for the disappearing river. But at least there are more
