The Trustees hold all the properties, endowments, and gifts made to the Institute. They will make grants to the Board of Managers on the estimated budget recommended by them.

The Board of Managers will supervise the practical working of the Institute, will frame annual budget of expenditure, and make suggestions for the extension of the Institute from time to time, which are to be laid before the Board of Trustees for sanction.

Members and Associates.

Members and Associates will be admitted to all the lectures given in the Institute. They will obtain the Transactions of the Institute published by Government, free. Members will be invited to special demonstrations. Annual subscription for Members Rs. 24; annual subscription for Associates Rs. 12. A Life Member will pay a minimum subscription of Rs. 500, and a Life Associate Rs. 250. They will be supplied with an extra ticket of admission to lectures for a member of the family. University students will be admitted at a nominal fee.
