Rev. Francis J. Hroch Elevated to Monsignorship.

THE REV. Francis J. Hroch, the well known pastor of St. John Nep. Church, Cleveland, Ohio, who had been raised to the rank of domestic prelate by the Holy Father late last year, was officially invested on the evening of February 9th. The Rt. Rev. Joseph Schrembs, D. D., Bishop of the Cleveland diocese, performed the ceremony.
