Grave 8. Roof removed; 1.3 × 0.4 m; ESE.—WNW. Contains 2 pieces of bone.

Graves 9–10. Entirely collapsed; one of them ENE.—WSW.

Grave 11. Built of a large number of heavy stones; some of the roof removed; 1.25 × 0.65 m; ENE.—WSW. Skull towards S.; lower jaw bone towards N. A number of whale bones, including a vertebra.

Group. II. On the ridge East of Naujan Lake. Twenty-two graves; the seven furthest to the south, Nr. 12–18, lie 18 to 20 m above sealevel, those more to the north 28 to 35 m above s. l.

Grave 12. Much disturbed; has lain N.—S.; in the N. end a piece of split ivory.

Grave 13. Child's grave; 1.0 × 0.4; ENE.—WSW.; rather collapsed. The skull in the east end, crushed by the falling in of the grave; to the west a walrus molar.

Grave 14. Much disturbed; roof removed; skull and several bones. lying outside; a whale rib also lying outside.

Grave 15. Fallen in; the skull partly crushed; otherwise no bones.

Grave 16. Roof removed, one side fallen in; NNE.—SSW. The skull outside; in the grave a piece of flint.

Grave 17. Roof partly fallen in; 1.1 × 0.55; NE.—SW. Several bones but no skull; outside a piece of bone with a row of holes.

Grave 18. Roof fallen in; 1.35 × 0.45; NW.—SE. The skull towards NW., partly crushed; towards SE. a fragment of a bone implement and a caribou tooth.

Grave 19. Child's grave; roof and one side fallen in; 1.0 m long; NNE.—SSW. The skull wholly crushed.

Grave 20. Heavy stones; two of the roofing stones removed; 1.5 × 0.45 m; ENE.—WSW. Lower jaw bone towards E.; a number of limb bones. No skull.

Grave 21. Child's grave; a roofing stone removed; 1.0 × 0.5 m; most of the skull and the lower jaw bone towards NE., other parts of the skull N. and SW.

Grave 22. Built of a large number of heavy stones; the roof fallen in; 1.4 × 1.0 m. Skull towards NE.; otherwise only very few fragments of bones.

Grave 23. One of the end stones removed; otherwise untouched; 1.2 × 0.5 m; lying W., slightly to S. Only few much decayed bones.

Grave 24. Child's grave. 0.7 × 0.45 m; NNE.—SSW.; one side formed of rocks in situ; untouched, but only contained an animal bone.
