Chapter 23 Appropriations

CHAPTER 23 HOUSE BILL NO. 1023 (Appropriations Committee) (At the request of the Governor)

AN ACT to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of various state departments and institutions; and to declare an emergency. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA: SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION. There is appropriated out of any moneys in the general fund in the state treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sums as hereinafter provided or so much of the sums as may be necessary. These sums increase the general fund authority enacted by the sixty-second legislative assembly to the stated departments and institutions of the state of North Dakota for the purpose of defraying their expenses, for the period beginning January 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2013, as follows: Subdivision 1. ATTORNEY GENERAL Operating expenses Total general fund

Subdivision 2. OFFICE OF THE TAX COMMISSIONER Disabled veteran credit Total general fund
